Photo: Joan Fairman Kanes/Eclipse Sportswire Veteran jockey John Bisono remains hospitalized as of Saturday morning following a freak accident after the third race Monday afternoon at Parx Racing, the track announced Saturday.Having just finished second aboard In Equality, Bisono was unseated from his mount in the gallop out and fell. Details of the incident are sketchy.He sustained five broken ribs, a collapsed lung and a bruised kidney. He’ll be out of action for “two to three months” per his agent, Jim Boulmetis.

A mainstay in the Parx jockeys colony, Bisono had just returned to riding in Pennsylvania after a stint in the Midwest at Prairie Meadows and Remington Park.
